After the long awaited release of Stooshe’s debut album ‘London With The Lights On’ was rewarded with a Top 10 chart position and a number of glowing reviews, the boisterous pop trio can now confirm the July 28th release of their next single ‘My Man Music’ on Warner Bros. Records.

Written by Stooshe with Jo Perry and production extraordinaires Future Cut (Olly Murs, Lily Allen), ‘My Man Music’ is a summery, reggae-tinged groove complemented by its own dance routine and Stooshe’s trademark soulful vocal delivery which brims with charismatic attitude.

‘My Man Music’ follows the first two hits to be taken from ‘London With The Lights On’, the Gold-certified ‘Black Heart’(#3) which has received over 100,000 radio plays and ‘Love Me’ (#5), which have sold 500,000 copies between them. Stooshe recently returned to the charts with another hit in the shape of the album’s opening track ‘Slip’.

Stooshe marked the release of their debut album by performing two sets on the top deck of a traditional double-decker London bus, much to the surprise of shoppers at Topshop, Selfridges, and Primark, as well as rush hour commuters at Oxford Circus and Bond Street stations. The hottest new girl band around delivered their provocative, punchy wordplay, cutting-edge choruses and incredible vocal performances to an audience of fans, media and passers-by which quickly accumulated as word spread around the capital.

Having spent much of the year to date putting the finishing touches to their album, the girls recently hit SXSW for a special performance at Perez Hilton’s One Night in Austin bash alongside Macklemore, Charlie XCX, Fall Out Boy and Paloma Faith. They’d previously impressed in the live arena following tours with Nicki Minaj and Jennifer Lopez. Their outspoken sense of style and exuberance has attracted a legion of fans, with amongst others, Jonathan Ross inviting them to perform on his show. They were nominated for Best Newcomer at the MOBOs as well as for Best British Single at The Brits for ‘Black Heart’.
